LTE (4G): Termination of the contract and money back

To terminate the contract and get the rest of the balance (if necessary), you must write an application.

After it you need to send us the originals of the applications signed by you and all the equipment (including the sim card, wires and documents). Our address: 220045, Belarus, Minsk, E. Gedroytsa st., 14, office 181

Please note that in the application for a refund, you must specify all the requested data, including:

  • decoding of the first and the middle name of the cardholder,

  • Name of the bank,

  • IBAN (not to be confused with card number),

  • bank transit account,

  • UNP of the Bank (Payer's Registration Number),

  • bank code (BIC).

if you are not sure that you wrote the application correctly, you can duplicate it to us by e-mail:

Your account will be completely inactive only after we receive of all the equipment, the originals of applications and without negative balance at your personal account.

In case of termination of the contract during the test period (less than 10 days from the date of conclusion of the contract), you need to write an application and send it to our e-mail or return the equipment.

Attention: the bank charges a fee for bank transfers. You can check the exact amount of commission at your bank.
