This "Pause" service allows you to independently block your account for the required period (for example, if you go on a vacation or a business trip).
The minimum pause period is 7 days.
The number of free pause days that accumulate during the year is 45 days.
Accrued per year - 30 days of pause.

Important!
In case of early deactivation of the service before 7 days, the payment for all services for the past days will be indicated. Changing the composition of services for a pause will also be blocked.
With active “Pause” service, subscription fee and television charges will be blocked.
But there are some write-offs that will always go on, even during a pause:
-equipment rent;
-video surveillance service with archive;
-static IP;
-IPv6 rental
-gigabit rental;
-use of a radio frequency channel.
The service is activated immediately after pressing the "Activate" button and from that moment the connection to the Internet will be lost.
An activated pause can be deactivated only 23 hours after it has been activated.
At the end of the pause days, the account is activated automatically at 4:05 am, after the time when the subscription fee is charged.
Please pay attention that free pause days are accrued and accumulated as long as the value on the day counter does not exceed 45 days. Therefore, we recommend receiving pause days for bonus points immediately before blocking.

Endless pause
Also, we have made an unlimited pause ! There is no need to spend extra money if you are planning to leave - just put the pause in your personal account and while you are on pause, there will be no charges for the subscription fee!
The "endless pause" service is available to users who fall under the following conditions:
1. You don't have equipment in use (you can activate endless pause in case of rent of equipment) .
2. Experience of using services from 3 months or more.
3. There are no obligations regarding the tariff plan and use of services.
If you have equipment in use, and you want to take advantage of the “endless pause”, then you need to return the equipment or buy it back. As soon as you decide to use the Internet, our specialist will deliver it to your home!
Important!
In case of early deactivation of the Pause before 45 days, the quantity of accumulated pause days will be written off. And after it, if there are not enough of pause days, payment for all services for the past days will be indicated. Changing the composition of services during the pause is not available.
