Transfer / return of a wrong payment

The correct procedure for a refund (if you wanted to pay for another provider, but transferred the money to our current account):

If United Networks LLC (Unet.by) is indicated in the paycheck:

1. It is necessary to come to our office at the address: Minsk, E. Gedroytsa st., 14, pom. 181 and write an application for a refund, the money will be given to you in cash.

2. If you want to transfer the amount to the personal account of your Internet provider, then a copy of the agreement with your provider must be attached to the application (there are all bank details and the agreement number).

3. Attach a copy of the paycheck.

4. Attach a copy of the passport (last 2 pages + registration).

5. If you do not have the opportunity to come to the office, you can send all the above documents by RUE "Belpochta" to the address: 220045, Belarus, Minsk, E. Gedroytsa st., 14, pom. 181

If Terranet LLC (Unet.by) is indicated in the check:

Attention: A bank commission is charged for bank transfers. You can check the exact amount of commission in your bank.

If you are our client and paid more than you planned, the bank will NOT charge a commission when issuing the amount.
